A Walk in Space
ABSTRACT
I
The project of a new supersonic passenger
plane under the code name Fanstream was developed by
a Russian engine designer Alexander A. Gomberg. The
plane incorporates the best Soviet technologies and is
designed to become a universal aircraft not only for in-
tercontinental business flights, but also for suborbital
tourist trips into space. In his interview to the ATJ Alexan-
der A. Gomberg reveals the details of his development.
